所有AV泵、密相泵系統(tǒng)均采用圓頂閥作為進(jìn)料閥。在設(shè)定的進(jìn)料時(shí)間內(nèi)，圓頂閥開啟，壓力罐加料。一旦料滿，圓頂閥關(guān)閉、密封；輸送媒體進(jìn)入壓力罐，一般為壓縮空氣。由于物料而產(chǎn)生的臨時(shí)阻力將物料輸送到目標(biāo)料倉。物料沿管道輸送的過程中，空氣壓力逐步下降。當(dāng)物料到達(dá)目標(biāo)料倉時(shí)，空氣的壓力降低到接近大氣壓力，此壓力將通過控制系統(tǒng)檢測。然后壓力罐停止進(jìn)氣，圓頂閥開啟，壓力罐再次加料。如果AV泵、密相泵停止連續(xù)的循環(huán)運(yùn)行，圓頂閥將保持關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，壓力容器中無物料。
